How to File a DMCA Notice
Notices must be submitted in writing to ensure they reach the designated contact.
Required Information
1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the infringing material.
3. Contact information of the notifier, including name and email address.
4. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the material is being used without authorization.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Counter-Notification Process
Individuals whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice. This should include their signature, identification of the removed content, a good faith statement, contact details, and acknowledgment of jurisdiction. The counter-notice will be reviewed upon receipt.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Madaraca LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
